Precision Steel Fixing was founded by Luis Freitas who brings more than 20 years personal industry experience and expertise into a dynamic innovative team. Vision and leadership allows Luis Freitas to harness the best out of his team which promotes initiative and productivity.
Luis brings with him full project life cycle understanding and is a recognised expert with critical relationships in the industry.

Washington Mendes - General Manager
Washington Mendes has around 12 years experience in the Building Industry. Washington's role at Precision Steel Fixing as a General Manager enables him to organise the various aspects of the business ensuring production and a safe work environment. This is a direct result of his dedication and the ability to liaise with clients and work with the utmost professionalism.
Sergio Tavares - Area Manager
Sergio has been an integral part of Precision as the Area Manager of NSW. Sergio has been involved in a myriad of projects that range from the small house to the sky scraper. He is highly motivated and a perfectionist with a background in Engineering and has an in depth understanding of company management which allows him to provide our clients with great results.
Patrick Aroney - Senior Site Co-Ordinator
Patrick is the most experienced member of Precision Steel Fixing, he has 43 years under his belt. Patrick has worked mostly in the Far North Queensland area. Due to his vast experience and dedication to the industry, he is perfectly position to teach the younger generation the finer points of steel fixing, a role he fills in with gusto. So if you are a young person who wants to learn from the best and are not afraid of hard work, Patrick has one word for you "where the bloody hell are you!".
Joseph Rewha - Senior Site Co-Ordinator
Joseph has been involved in the building industry for 35 years. During this time he has taken part in Commercial, Civil, High Rise, Mining and 2 major Power Stations. Joseph is also an expert in bridge building and has taken part in well over 40 bridges from Gold Coast and as far as the Northern Territory. He is a highly respected member of our team.
